Production Technology
The printer features the first personal UV engine with dual printhead and 12 ink channels in the world. Five channels handle CMYK with varnish and seven channels are fully configurable. An open ink system cuts material costs and meets the safety and regulatory requirements of industries such as food and cosmetics. The printer can directly print on over 300 different materials, including wood, metal, acrylic, plastic, various films and fabrics, and finished products with irregular geometric shapes.
Design Challenge
Its dual printhead, high precision UV engine reproduces lifelike visual and tactile detail. With 12 ink channels, its flat printing speed is increased by 1.5 to 2 times, reserving ample ink channel space for 3D embossing. The Longer ePrint supports up to 60 mm high 3D UV embossing, giving images a 3D look, perfect for art and craft creation. An end to end AI workflow simplifies the entire process. The all in one printing solution works with various accessories to support various use cases.
Project Duration
Designed and developed in Shenzhen in May 2025, the project was launched in China on November 26, 2025.
Operation Flow
Maintenance Free Workflow A smart auto cleaning system with closed loop white ink circulation continuously flushes and maintains the printheads in the background, no manual disassembly or cleaning needed. End to end AI Workflow Advanced AI features are synchronized with the ePrint system, providing an efficient end to end workflow, from content creation to final printing. Intuitive Operation Workflow Unified housing proportions and clear functional zones provide a clear and intuitive workflow.
Research
Traditional UV printers are large, expensive, and complex to use, designed mainly for industrial use. As creators demand higher precision and more versatile printing, and as individuals and small studios seek efficient creative tools, the market calls for a desktop UV printer designed for personal and small studio use, giving rise to this product.
Inspiration
Longer ePrint responds to needs of creators for a compact, high precision, and versatile printer, breaking the limitations of conventional UV printers such as bulky size and complex operation. For the first time, DTF UV printing technology is made accessible to individual users and small studios, providing creators with a more convenient and efficient tool.
