Residential House for Treso Interiors
At the heart of the interior, an olive tree anchors the narrative, symbolizing wisdom, resilience, and serenity. It establishes visual axes, circulation flow and emotional orientation, emphasizing nature at the core of the experience. Carefully curated materials and a timeless color palette reinforce this narrative. The residence balances minimal restraint with classical richness through layered materials and bespoke detailing. Artworks punctuate the space, while vertical, linear and organic forms create a dynamic interplay. A refined atmosphere defined by clarity, harmony, and quiet luxury.

Villa Suu is a 459 square meter private residence structured around a mature olive tree that serves as the architectural anchor and conceptual core of the design. The project reconciles contrasting aesthetic identities through a restrained framework enriched with layered materials and bespoke detailing. Emphasizing precision, craftsmanship, and material authenticity, it articulates quiet luxury through balance, spatial clarity, and enduring refinement.

The project was developed through a rigorous analytical framework prioritizing spatial hierarchy and structural clarity. Frequent meetings with the homeowners enabled a thorough understanding of their routines and lifestyle, shaping key design decisions. Iterative plan studies and 3D simulations refined proportion and daylight performance. Material choices emphasized durability and authenticity, while scenario based planning ensured precise functionality aligned with everyday domestic use.
Integrating materials with distinct characteristics such as wood, brass, glass, lacquer, and natural stone, across varying forms and scales, into the refined details of a single piece of furniture, while meeting our expectation for exceptional craftsmanship, was one of the most challenging phases of the project. Every junction, tolerance, and surface transition required meticulous resolution.
The project started in February 2023, and finished in November 2023. Consturction and implementation period finished in June 2024.
Villa Suu offers its users a distinctive and refined living experience. The project promises not only a carefully designed balance between function and aesthetics, but also a cultivated lifestyle that enhances everyday living. The space can be described as a custom tailored jacket, precise and perfectly aligned with its owner’s character. From its technical infrastructure to textile selections, every component has been conceived through a holistic and integrated approach.
Careful observation for characters of the house is the main point of reserach. Through ongoing dialogue, their needs, routines, astehetic and functional expectations are decoded, sometimes revealed through a sentence, a gesture or a travel route planned. The research then shifts to the building’s technical constraints and a focused exploration of materials and construction methods.
The olive tree at the core of the interior, symbolizing wisdom, resilience and serenity, is the primary inspiration. The homeowners held contrasting aesthetic inclinations, one favoring minimal restraint, the other drawn to classical richness. The design aims for a balanced synthesis, ensuring a seamless domestic experience while preserving visual calm and clarity.
