Unique Properties
The NT5 represents a next-generation electric scooter that combines athletic boldness with technological refinement. Its sharp, full-metal angular lines, low-profile integrated headlamp, and expandable rear wing converge to convey a visual impression of robust yet nimble strength. In function, it unites lighting, structure, and expandability into a cohesive whole—where form and utility speak the same language.

Production Technology
The body is constructed using a full-metal architecture, formed through automotive-grade precision sheet metal stamping and seamless welding processes, ensuring a sturdy yet lightweight frame. Key areas are treated with multi-layer protective coatings for enhanced durability and a premium tactile finish. The headlamp and reflector are innovatively combined into one streamlined unit mounted above the front wheel, simplifying the form while delivering clear illumination.
Design Challenge
The first challenge lay in harmonizing the bold, mechanical aesthetic of "mecha" with the practical comfort required for urban riding. Our solution integrated a carefully tuned suspension system, an ergonomically designed deck, and a low-profile lighting layout. The second challenge was to create a design with built-in adaptability. This was achieved by incorporating rear expansion ports that support functional customization, enabling the product to grow and change as its rider does.
Project Duration
The project will finish in March 2026 in Suzhou.
Operation Flow
A unified brake lever and clear display enable intuitive control. The optimized pedals provide a comfortable standing posture, while the innovative suspension setup delivers both agility and stability during rides. The rear includes standardized mounting points, letting users add racks, panniers, and other accessories to extend its utility with ease. From daily commutes to custom builds, the process stays straightforward—inviting riders to shape their own experience.
Research
A mecha-inspired design language gives the scooter a muscular stance while balancing compact form with extended range. Modular construction invites personalization, and a new urban suspension setup efficiently absorbs shocks for smooth navigation over obstacles. Pure electric propulsion delivers silent, exhaust-free travel, enhanced by regenerative braking that maximizes energy efficiency—blending performance, sustainability, and emotional connection into one cohesive experience.
Inspiration
Inspired by futuristic mechanical forms, the NT5 integrates sharp cut lines, modular structures, and a precise industrial texture into the vehicle's shape. The metallic silver-red color palette delivers a visual identity that conveys a sense of power and distinct technological recognition. The NT5 is designed to bring warmth and character to urban mobility—evolving from a functional tool into a trusted partner for self-expression and city exploration.
