Unique Properties
The XT5 channels structural dynamism of mecha aesthetics into rugged all-terrain performance. It features a bold red-black color contrast for the body, forging a powerful off-road stance. It also adopts dual 2200W motors and an ultra-long 110km range. The front and rear dual rocker spring shock absorbers deliver superior damping performance; the new 12-inch all-terrain wide tires ensure stability and safety in all road conditions.

Production Technology
The XT5 features a body built with high-strength SPCC T1.5 automotive-grade carbon steel, and high-strength alloy for impact zones. This design balances visual appeal and value while lowering the risk of body damage. It also expands riding posture options by optimizing pedal size and length, and boasts a silver metallic finish plus natural injection molding for strong wear resistance.
Design Challenge
The biggest challenge in the design process was delivering off-road-grade performance and durability without increasing the body size. The design team overcame the small-wheel climbing challenge with a dual-motor all-wheel drive system, and replaced traditional tube frames with a high-strength carbon steel 3D frame to boost structural rigidity. These approaches yield remarkable power and ruggedness in a compact build, while delivering robust range for the XT5 to master all terrains.
Project Duration
The project finished in November 2025 in Suzhou.
Operation Flow
The XT5 interfaces via a striking one-piece red Boost button and 5-inch full-color dashboard for intuitive information display. It offers a stable standing position with ergonomic widened footrests and elevated handlebars. It works with APP connectivity, enabling customizable energy recovery intensity and real-time location tracking. It integrates an automatic headlight and features an external battery for users to tackle all terrains with ease and enjoy enduring, unrestricted exploration.
Research
The XT5 defies the limits of traditional scooters, unlocking true all-terrain off-road performance for electric scooters. It leverages a synergized design of powerful dual motors, a high-strength frame and an all-terrain tire system to deliver reliable capability across all road types. It works with the NAVEE BMS system to refine battery performance, expandable battery setups and energy recovery features, delivering consistent long-distance range and all-scenario versatility.
Inspiration
The XT5 draws inspiration from rugged mecha and all-terrain vehicles. The design team aims to shatter the stereotype that electric scooters belong only on urban roads. It features a powerful structural form and excellent terrainability, stoking the urge to conquer city streets and explore the wild. It is a fearless urban off-road companion, setting new performance benchmarks for off-road electric scooters.
