Yu Guo Boilerplate
Yu Guo is a designer who serves as an Experience Design Expert and the head of large customer business at Alibaba Cloud Group. She leads her team in driving design solutions and project delivery. She is the recipient of prestigious awards such as the IF, LICC, and IDA. She is also a guest lecturer at China Academy of Art, Tsinghua University, and Tongji University. Additionally, she is the design lead for the Paris Olympics AI-Agent project. Over the past 7 years, Yu Guo has provided services to more than a hundred enterprise clients, including the Olympic Committee, the World Aquatics, the Africa’s Business Heroes Prize Competition, People's Daily, CCTV, NIO, BYD, FAW, Moutai, China Southern Airlines, Feihe, BE&CHEERY, and Macalline. The national-level APP she has led in designing has reached 800 million users, and multiple provincial government platforms she has been involved in have user volumes ranging from 8 to 30 million. Her supported projects cover regions such as China, Saudi Arabia, Paris, Germany, Southeast Asia, Singapore, and Tokyo. She has extensive experience in ecosystem collaboration and customer service. In 2025, Yu Guo released the “Standard Operating Procedure of Cloud Computing Commercial Design Service," a group standard by the China Industrial Design Association.
