Intense Requests: Currently, we have over 310 unanswered new support requests. This number of requests is very normal during deadline periods as designers ask questions regarding how to improve their submissions and how to complete nomination procedure. Please do not worry if you do not receive a fast reply but you will get a reply eventually; we will definetely evaluate each and every request. Based on current load, depending on your position in the support queue, it will take 0 to 1 days for us to evaluate, prioritize and respond to each and every request.
