Show Flat for T.K.CHU
Super Player is located in Beijing. As a deluxe show flat project, it breaks through the long-term solidified concept of luxury. Designers boldly experimented with modularization design ideas called X-space so that the units in the apartment can be changed, disassembled, reorganized, and even expanded according to the needs of the dwellers.

The interior design is simplistic but advanced. Curved lines run through the space, presenting smooth visual experience. Soft leather and eye-catching metal are widely used, showing the perfect combination of these high-grade items. Besides, French windows extend the original granite on the exterior wall, which provide an open view to the outside and integrate interiors and urban landscape within a frame.
In this case, the biggest challenge is how to create a new "life-oriented" design that satisfies the demands of modern people live in the rapidly changing times, making every unit of the space has the possibilities of change, reorganization and expansion.
The project started in May 2018 and finished in Sep 10th 2018.
"May you live in interesting times" is the original goal of Beijing Vanke Metropolis 79 - Super Player. The project abandoned the usual expression of functionality, and brought out the "metropolitan" & "player" features by using a modularization design idea called "X-space".
The installation art work YU - Perpetual Motion in the middle of the room brings in a sense of space roaming with its futuristic metal texture. Contrast with the skyscraper city view outdoor, YU helps dwellers escape from oppression of concrete jungle and enters into a capacious, unrestrained Super Player mood. In this case, all elements in design carry our liberal attitude and genderless fashion style, which is the prerequisite for the manifestation of personalities of Super Player.
It is located in Beijing. Renovated from buildings already existed, it is another urban renewal project of Beijing Vanke after Vanke Times. This space discards the functional expression and uses art to highlight the metropolitan feature and player personality of the project.
