Experience Center for Xiamen Dawii Design
The display area is elevated as the boundary of the space, which is staggered with the front hall to create a varied spatial experience. The linear light belt on the ceiling connects the spaces in series to enhance the echo between the spaces and make the spacesmore harmonious. Leading customers to explore deeper into the space. Thelight membraneis set in the background of the staircase, which is like the light refracting down from the second floor along the staircase, attracting the customers' line of sight to extend upward.

This project is a brand new experience exhibition hall for Doveil. At the same time, it is also the embodiment of brand spirit and values. It upholds the design concept of minimalism and regression to essence, pursuing perfection and ingenuity. The design team also takes this opportunity to try to create an artistic space thatperfectly fits the product.

Exquisite and quiet natural of rock slab is used to design display props and space decoration in the space, so that the space design has more possibilities. Like Mondrian "red, yellow and blue grid" interspersed with black lines, to connect the space in series.
Due to structural problems, there is a crossbeam in the mid-air of the front hall, designersdonot deliberately hide it, but to respect the space of the original structure and display it naked, keep straightforward and full of strength of concrete.
The project started in March 2019 in Xiamen and finished in June 2019 in Xiamen.
At the entrance to the exhibition hall, the design team deliberately created a seven-meter-high void, pushing the space upward to make it full of momentum and ritual.
The design team is very aware of the connection between spaces, and through the establishment of the boundary hole, and space can be distinguished from the inside and outside. In order to break the static space of binary opposition, through the window connection on the same horizontal line of sight, the space has realized a kind of dynamic interworking, thus forming communication. Light means not only light and darkness, but also the possibility of realizing more beautiful life in limited space.
The design inspiration comes from the "pure abstract" design concept by art master Piet Mondrian. The red, blue and yellow grid painting looks simple, but full of mystery. It seems to be a "plane" painting, but it is made of oil paint daub and stack. The substance, brushwork and texture of the paint make up the life of the painting. The design team also hopes to create a space with great depth and rich layers.
