Clothes Hanger for E.E. Design - Erol Erdinchev
This elegant clothes hanger provides solutions to some of the biggest problems - the difficulty of inserting clothes with a narrow collar, the difficulty of hanging underwear and durability. The inspiration for the design came from the paper clip, which is continuous and durable, and the final shaping and choice of material was due to the solutions to these problems. The result is a great product that facilitates the daily life of the end user and also a nice accessory of a boutique store.

Unique Properties
The hanger is made of a linear monolithic aluminum rod - without ties or additional elements, which in turn contributes to its strength, elegant and clean style! Its advantages over other ordinary hangers are that it prevents stretching of the collars of the clothes, easy and fast placement of pants without wrinkling or falling, with up to 40% lower suspension height and durability, as well as quick and easy production!

Production Technology
By bending aluminum rods according to a template with a diameter of 8 mm
Design Challenge
The main problems were what material to choose, because when bending a hollow tube there was a dent in the inside of the profile and how to make the design so that there are no additional connections on it to make it stable!
Project Duration
The project started on August 16, 2020 in Varbitsa, Tushovitsa and ended on January 5, 2021 in Varbitsa, Tushovitsa
Operation Flow
These holes on the hanger make it easy and fast to hang and insert any garment without stretching or falling.
Research
Everyday I faced the problem - to hang clothes with a narrow and small hole on a simple hanger. So I started thinking about how I could improve them and at the same time be strong and easy to make. Initially I started searching the Internet for such solutions, but they were difficult to implement and not suitable for pants and others. After inventing the design concept, I started researching the angles and dimensions of the standard hangers, then I drew the design and made real samples. Then I presented it to friends and they approved it from a practical and design point of view.
Inspiration
Due to problems with hanging outerwear and pants on ordinary hangers and their instability over time, also for better visual style
