Unique Properties
In order to give the retired couple a comfortable barrier-free living space, the original closed type of three-room is opened up, and then the dining room area can be kept for a large table to unite the heart of the family. The children can be far away from the noisy after work, and go to their parent’s house for chatting, as if back to the good times while they were eating their mom's home-cooked food.

Production Technology
To increase the floor effect and children's activity space, the partitions with fixed walls are abandoned, and sliding doors are used to separate the fields. For example, the room has two-sided sliding doors, which can usually be opened to increase the barrier-free space. If you need to go to bed, slide the door again Closing is both privacy. The bathroom and TV wall also use iron sliding doors, which can hide the bathroom and facilitate entry and exit.
Design Challenge
The bathroom uses an oval golden mirror with arrow-shaped bricks and colorful dots of counter top, for creating a high-quality atmosphere of the bathroom. Getting up and freshening up every day, looking at the mirror, I seem to be few years younger and starts a brand-new beautiful day.
Project Duration
The project had finished in 2020.
Operation Flow
The large floor-to-ceiling daylight brings light into the room, and it is matched with the green bamboo reflection. Reading newspapers in the sunshine is dad's favorite leisure time, and the quiet living room slows down the pace of retirement life.
Research
Fully communicating with this house resident, so that we can reach their real need. Design should be more humanize for people life.
Inspiration
The integration of guest dining room and aisle make grandchildren have enough space to play. The house becomes the best playground, and the delightful and innocent smile make the love of grandchildren and grandparents become more deeply.
