This movement flows vertically throughout the building, surrounded by natural vegetation that integrate and becoming a prominent element in architecture, in the quality of life, in the same way that the building impacts the relationship of users with the sustainability, community, architecture and urban spaces. Landmark, Skyscraper, high-rise building, tower, Sustainability, iconic
Concrete Struture, Glass, Ceramic, Galvanized Steel, ACM (Aluminum Composite Material), Natural Plants, LED Light and certificate wood. The choice of materials reflects its design: white; green (from natural vegetation), marble accompany the lightness of the project and the wood brings in its base, on the first floor, a warm color, a necessary human invitation on the building's sidewalk.
The Challenge of this project is create a design that can be a landmark on the city and at the same time could impact the way of life of the users.
Project is located in Itajai, Santa Catarina/ Brazil Started in January 2021 and finished in 2023
The proposed design has the idea of reduce the environmental impacts, expand the sense of community and the building count with some solutions: Energy efficiency, urban garden, conscious consumption, termo acustic confort, discharge correct and recycling with local cooperatives.
The research on the impact of environments on health; about biophilia and knowledge of user habits. United to the goal of innovating the way of living locally. Reflects the design of a innovate and contemporary architecture
A Design capable of positively impacting the urban space, people's lives and being an icon for the city. Observing the integral human being and his connections, his needs. The proposal is to create a living building capable of connecting technology, sustainability, the users' relationship with the urban space, providing contact with nature, healthy environments and a sense of community. At the same time that the building holds the responsibility about the design, about to be an timeless icon.
