Located in the Qingshan District of Wuhan, the case is the first demonstration area. It takes the Spirit of Red Wisco culture as the theme. Through the red brick house with the red steel structure as the crown, it reflects the times style of Wisco and creates nostalgia. There are also exhibitions, a bookstore Zhongshuge, a retro cafe Youxin and a "Future Imagination" community, these art areas make the sales center a good place for leisure and entertainment and clock in.

The project is located in the qingshan district of Wuhan, the right bank of the main axis of the yangtze river, relying on the green hills and red houses and riverside environment.This case is the first demonstration area, north of the yangtze river Qingshan river beach park, south of Wuhan Iron and steel hongfang historical landscape conservation Area, the future is expected to become a livable cultural community of Qingshan Riverside business section.

The lighting is 3500K warm light.It casts the red aluminum plate bright, creates the crown of red steel, transfers the red energy, carries forward the spirit of WISCO.The expression form of facade light is mainly iinternal transmitted light, which simulates the candlelight atmosphere of the old red room, and creates a red community in the red steel era.
How to use modern lighting to simulate the candlelight atmosphere of the old house, so that the building can express the future of the past and the rebirth of history .The designers customized the luminaries to match the era of WISCO.
The project started in June 2020 in Shenzhen and finished in march 2021 in Wuhan Hubei Province of China.
Customized lamps to illuminate the red aluminum plate, to create the crown of red steel, carry forward the spirit of WISCO
The selection of lamps is based on high efficiency, energy saving, environmental protection and safety.Adhere to green lighting, lamps in the lighting as far as possible to reduce or eliminate glare, in the selection of lamps , fully consider the projection Angle of lamps and lanterns, projection range, reasonable control of the installation height of lamps and lanterns, so that people both on the ground and in the building are comfortable.
The architecture takes the culture of spirit of red Wuhan Iron and steel as the theme. Through the red brick house with the red steel structure as the crown, it reflects the era style of Wuhan Iron and steel and creates a nostalgic feeling. There are also exhibitions about the renovation process of old buildings, bookstore called Zhongshuge which is popular on Internet , the retro cafe Youxin and the Future Imagination community.
Wuhan Qingshanfang Lighting Design has been a Bronze winner in the Lighting Products and Fixtures Design award category in the year 2021 organized by the prestigious A' Design Award & Competition. The Bronze A' Design Award is given to outstanding designs that showcase a high degree of creativity and practicality. It recognizes the dedication and skill of designers who produce work that stands out for its thoughtful development and innovative use of materials and technology. These designs are acknowledged for their professional execution and potential to influence industry standards positively. Winning this award highlights the designer's ability to blend form and function effectively, offering solutions that enhance people's lives and wellbeing.
