Residence for Youngland Design Studio
The project is located in a neighborhood in the heart of Nanchang City of China. This apartment is designed for single men. Urban Taste Residence is intended to be an expression of one kind of lifestyle set in this environment. In addition, the design team used glass tiles and glass partitions to expand the visual scope and effect of the space, and at the same time used a lot of wood to create a atmosphere of home. Lastly, the overall space is grey tones to cater to the owners' preferences.

Unique Properties
The project is located in a trendy neighborhood in the heart of Nanchang City of China. This exquisite single apartment is designed for single men and the owner wanted to make it a stylish, upscale private residence. Through this way, owner can feel the spiritual and aesthetic enjoyment at home, just like heaven. In addition, the concise and transparent layout of the interior space ensures the circulation of the space, as well as the use of glass partition to create the feeling of virtual and real view.

Design Challenge
In the early stage of the thinking project, the design team was challenged to create a private, tasteful home. In addition, the entire space is not fairly spacious, so how to make good use of the limited space and create a transparent space is a huge challenge.
Project Duration
The project started in October 2019 and completed in December 2020 in Nanchang City.
Operation Flow
A table and glass partition can ensure that there is a connection between the living room and the bedroom and it help create a transparent space.
Research
In the process of planning, the designer needs to design reasonable layout as the entire area is smell. In addition, the designer needs to chose appropriate materials and craftsmanship to create a modern style in this space so as to satisfy the owner's need and the atmosphere of city center.
Inspiration
People always would like to enjoy a world of their own when they return home after a tiring work. Urban Taste Residence is intended to be an expression of private and modern lifestyle set in a luxury environment. In this project, designers made use of many contemporary materials and aesthetics so as to create a private and tasteful paradise in the midst of busy city center for single men.
