Production Technology
Design optimization from more than 5,000 users' ear data to ensure snugly fit-in and comfortable wearing. The main material of the earbuds and charging case are injection-molded polycarbonate - Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene composite, which ensures the product to be lightweight with strength. Wireless charging allows users with more choices in different scenarios.
Design Challenge
How to collect and aggregate the ear data of thousands of users and distill them into a headset shape suitable for our target users is our biggest challenge. The second challenge is how to maintain the design details and texture of the product while maintaining the minimalist design style. We adopted the fading and LOGO raised silk screen hot silver process.
Project Duration
The project started in September 2021 in Xiamen, Fujian Prov., China. and will be released on September 30, 2022.
Operation Flow
Open the charger and pick up the headphones to achieve automatic pairing of the headsets at a second speed, simplifying user operations. qualcomm flagship bluetooth 5.2 technology ensures a fast and stable connection between the headset and any mobile communication device, while calling different voice assistants. Tap the touch button to answer the call or pause the music. when the headset is out of power or not in use, the charger is automatically charged and charged.
Research
Comfortable to wear, no movement, no signal, good sound quality. This is the 4 important elements of tws headphones. To this end, we have used Gras artificial ear and AP electroacoustic tester and RF tester and other first-class professional equipment, using the ultra-low power consumption of true Bluetooth 5.2, qualcomm aptX resolution sound quality, LDS antenna laser engraving, double wheat noise reduction, etc. Leading technical solutions. repeatedly measured and modified, and finally designed an earphone that is ergonomic, comfortable in the ear and not easy to fall off and has excellent sound quality.

Pamu Slide II is an active noise cancelling true wireless earphones. equipped with unique spoiler structure of front mic and six-microphone design, together with AMS chip algorithm technology, of which noise-canceling intensity could reach 40db, that effectively solve existing noise troubles.
