The main features are the changes in space, size, length, and so on, space experience is rich, different from conventional schools.

Inspiration

The first floor introduces the water view and the balcony drought view, also enriches the spatial experience, the underground implantation creates the scenery, causes the space to have the ventilation feeling. Each floor is arranged to pick out the empty area, convenient upstairs and downstairs exchange and dialogue, increase the affection between people.

Project Overview

Xu Zhai Residential Building has been a Bronze winner in the Interior Space and Exhibition Design award category in the year 2021 organized by the prestigious A' Design Award & Competition. The Bronze A' Design Award is given to outstanding designs that showcase a high degree of creativity and practicality. It recognizes the dedication and skill of designers who produce work that stands out for its thoughtful development and innovative use of materials and technology. These designs are acknowledged for their professional execution and potential to influence industry standards positively.
