The Front virescence of the villa and the lake surface are introduced into the interior through the large floor-to-ceiling glass after the transformation, the view is very good.The second floor is provided with a public living room connected with the third floor, and the second floor is connected with a water landscape connected with the first floor to facilitate the emotional exchange of family members.

Research
The main features are the changes in space, size, length, and so on, space experience is rich, different from conventional schools.
Inspiration
The first floor introduces the water view and the balcony drought view, also enriches the spatial experience, the underground implantation creates the scenery, causes the space to have the ventilation feeling. Each floor is arranged to pick out the empty area, convenient upstairs and downstairs exchange and dialogue, increase the affection between people.
Project Overview
Xu Zhai Residential Building has been a Bronze winner in the Interior Space and Exhibition Design award category in the year 2021 organized by the prestigious A' Design Award & Competition. The Bronze A' Design Award is given to outstanding designs that showcase a high degree of creativity and practicality. It recognizes the dedication and skill of designers who produce work that stands out for its thoughtful development and innovative use of materials and technology.
