Residential Villa for Mahyar Arab Bourbour
The main design idea of this villa is to show the past, present and future, which shows its impact on the two components of the design and construction. In the design process, this idea has solved the climatic and environmental parameters using architectural algorithms. It has also used symbols such as the Zayandeh River and the Iranian arch to form a plan and volume. On the other hand, in the construction by combining materials of three different times such as ICF, Nanomaterials and brick, it has reduced energy consumption by up to 70% and increased psychological comfort in the building.

Save energy by using the following: Canopies are installed in the openings that allow maximum and minimum use of sunlight in summer and winter. Glass atrium was also used to provide sunlight to the central areas of the building. The openings of the volumes are in the direction of natural airflow and are filtered by the plants in front of the windows. Each room has a window that lets in air and another window that lets in air. The atrium acts as a chimney, sucking in air in and out.

In the design process, algorithmic architecture has been used to solve climatic parameters such as sun, wind, rain and snow, airflow and environmental parameters such as view, slope and finally in modeling and planning in the implementation of concrete components and ICF Also, modern technology such as the following has been used in the selection of materials: 1. ICF block with concrete for the structure to provide thermal, moisture and anti-seismic insulation 2. Mineral silicate paints for the final coating of the building and resistance to moisture and dust 3. Thermal break aluminum windows for thermal insulation
Solve the climatic and spatial problems of the project such as: high slope, severe winter cold, sunlight, natural air flow, landslide, the problem of the project distance from the city center and lack of adequate facilities, responding to client demands such as view of the lake, The rules of the engineering system organization, including the building, should not be visible to neighbors, the height of the building from zero code should not be more than three meters and the length of the yard should not be less than 12 meters. Difficulty Demonstrating the Idea of the Past, Present, and Future in Design and Construction Finally, most of the above problems in the design and implementation process were solved using architectural algorithms.
The land location of this villa is located in a recreational town in the mountainous region of Chadegan in Isfahan. It is located on the slopes of a hill overlooking the lake and the city of Chadegan. This project started in July 2015 in Chadegan, Isfahan, Iran and ended in October 2017. It took about 3 months to design, the initial schedule of the project was 24 months, which was postponed due to unfavorable weather conditions and distance from the capital facilities and the client's order.
The issue that makes the space perform better in this villa is understanding the idea of combining three times and its impact on the design and construction process. Linking symbols from the past, present and future will help the landlord to have a better psychological relationship with the villa. On the other hand, the use of architect algorithms causes optimal design to create a volume responsive to environmental and climatic parameters, functional environment with creative circulation and creation of new spaces such as window site and central two floor courtyard. Also, this type of design saves 70% Energy consumption. Finally, the combination and application of traditional and modern materials such as bricks and ICF blocks and nanomaterial coatings are very effective in improving the quality of comfort, maintenance conditions, energy saving and earthquake resistance.
The subject of research in this building is the idea of showing the past, present and future, which shows its impact on the two components of design and construction. Design section: Using a combination of architectural symbols of past, present and future using architectural algorithms creates a volume that is defined as follows: the past includes a two-floor central courtyard, natural ventilation and the present include tall windows, Awnings and the Future is the use of an interactive algorithm for sustainable architecture and modern volume. Construction section: In the material selection process is as follows. Past: Brick, Present: Concrete and Future: ICF and Nanomaterials, the test results of which increase the comfort of the homeowner, save 70% energy, earthquake resistance.
The main design idea of this villa is to show three times: past, present and future and the effect of times on each other. This idea is formed in two separate ways for plan and volume: The main idea of the plan is the main lines of the Zayand Rud River, which has been turned into three-time series. The main idea of the volume of the composition of the mountain, which is a symbol of ambition and An Iranian arch that is a symbol of the past. These lines, which symbolize the past and the future, move along the path of the plan and create volume. This idea has been used in other parts such as: material selection, the main facade of the building, interiors, two-story yard, windows, etc.
