The shell is made of high-strength PC and 10% GF and uses single-color injection molding. The touch panel is made of 1.1mm thick Asahi Glass to ensure that it is resistant to falling and scratching, while being lightweight and reliable. The back texture is with five-axis laser engraving No. F24 pattern. The integrated sound cavity design reduces its physical volume while increasing the volume of the speaker. The maximum volume of a 1W speaker can reach 100dB.
Main challenges: 1. Reducing size and weight, 2. User needs for multiple scenarios 1. We applied the integrated sound cavity design to PDA devices, which is the first in the industry. The shell is made of high-strength PC and 10% GF, which makes it 50% lighter and 40% smaller than traditional equipment. 2. Equipped with self-developed scanning head and various accessories. The main body of the PDA also adopts a rotatable structure. The color of the shell can be customized according to user needs to meet the individual needs of different industries such as medical care, logistics, and retail.

With expansion accessories, i2 is able to meet various operations such as arm wearing, finger control, and waist wearing. It has a 3.5-inch ultra-clear display with a resolution of 1440*720, PPI up to 460, and the UI style and font size, etc. can be customized. The device supports wet-hand operation, glove mode, multi-touch for easy and convenient operation.
