It is equipped with an ultraviolet disinfection lamp, which provides automatic disinfection for incoming expresses. Users are enable to open the cabinet door through APP. It can also be customized to assemble the disinfection cabinet according to size of those express stations.

Production Technology

This product is made of steel plate material that is initially cut into various sizes using a shearing machine to cut rolled steel plates. Based on the position of different components, a specific punching machine mold is used to treat it. To prevent premature ageing and rusting during the use of intelligent courier cabinets, a surface treatment process is applied that uses phosphating treatment to eliminate grease and rust from the surface. After that, the surface undergoes high-temperature electrophoretic spraying to enhance its resistance to natural erosion. Additionally, the product features a UV disinfection function and can be remotely controlled via an app.

Design Challenge

In the initial definition of material use, in the aluminum alloy, steel and other metal materials to consider the use of that material to use as the main material, and finally because of the consideration of the natural erosion ability plus the external environmental factors selected steel as the main material. In addition, in order to prevent intelligent courier cabinets in the use of premature aging rust, surface treatment process using pickling phosphate treatment, the surface of the grease, rust to remove clean, but also in the surface of the high-temperature electrophoresis spraying process to improve anti-rust problem. Make the practicality of the product in terms of production costs, environmental response to enhance.

Operation Flow

Users use the APP to scan the code to pick up the goods, the door of the express cabinet can automatically open and close to avoid contact, and those delivery will be disinfected in time.

While taking express parcels is an essential part of people's lives, it is easy to overlook the disinfection aspect of receiving parcels, and express delivery has also contributed to the spread of several epidemics. To address this issue, the "Touchless Modular Express Disinfection Cabinet" has been designed as an infection-free equipment for express pickup. It is equipped with an ultraviolet disinfection lamp, which automatically sterilizes incoming parcels. Users can open the cabinet door through an app without touching it. Additionally, the disinfection cabinet can be customized to fit the size of express stations, making it easy to assemble.

Inspiration

After the epidemic, people have become more conscious of the significance of disinfection. Taking delivery of express parcels is an essential part of people's routine, however, it is effortless to overlook the disinfection aspect of receiving parcels. Many epidemics have been spread due to express delivery, as the transportation process can conveniently carry viruses, causing indirect transmission.
