Production Technology
Materials: The body of the bottle uses Austenite 316L stainless steel. The cap is made with food-grade polypropylene materials; the seal ring and rim and straw are all made with silicon.
Design Challenge
Cnsumers need longer service life and use in various scenarios when it comes to children thermal cups.After constant consumer research and survey, the brand launched this new model of children cup coming with more attractive features such as handles for home use, a strap and a direct drinking cap for outdoor use.
Project Duration
The project started in April 2021 to October and finished in 2021 Site: Kunshan, Jiangsu Province

This nice looking and multifunctional cup has satisfied consumers’ ever changing needs for aesthetics and practical use.
Inspiration
Moms think this type of cup can only be used for toddlers for a while, which is not cost efficient. To meet the need for children drinking bottles, Thermos has designed a double cap replaceable thermal insulation cup with a longer service life. Handles and strap are added to the cup for different use scenarios, thus it becomes more cost effient.
