Production Technology

The shell and top are made of ABS with painted metallic finish and the bottom is made of polycarbonate to ensure its light weight and high quality. The top display area can be adjusted in a small range, the screen is an LCD screen, and the four moving wheels are made of TPE material. for stability.

Design Challenge

For robotics applications, the ultimate goal of creating smaller, lighter, and more powerful actuators is to use them in robotics design, and the power of actuators often requires complex programming. Therefore, with Actuators are becoming more and more sophisticated, and how to achieve high-precision and high-complexity control through programming has also become one of the key issues in the development of robotic systems. Xiaosai is a small and feature-rich product. How to better compatibility with the system is the biggest problem.

Project Duration

The project started in Zhengzhou, China in June 2020 and ended in Zhengzhou, China in December 2021

Operation Flow

When entering the exhibition hall, you can call the nearby robot by voice or call the robot to use it when he is not using it, and you can find relevant places and navigate on the top screen. Self-avoidance to prevent collisions. After leading to the designated location, the robot will use voice and screen to explain. During the explanation, a warning line will be projected to warn visitors to enter the exhibition area. When the battery is low, the robot will confidently plan a route and return to the charging pile for charging.

Research

With the continuous development of artificial intelligence, the market's voice for an intelligent society is getting higher and higher, but artificial intelligence is still in the early stage of industry development, and intelligent robots still rely heavily on application scenarios. It is believed that with the continuous development of big data and other related fields, the application scenarios of intelligent agents will further increase in the future, and more and more functions can be implemented. Instead of repetitive work, it is also the most important development trend of robots.

Inspiration

Government public administration agencies in many countries and regions have gradually realized the harm of overtourism. After taking management measures such as erecting warning signs, increasing manpower diversion, and cleaning, the results were minimal. I wanted to use the power of technology to change this and reduce the damage to natural monuments and cultural relics, so I created this robot that can take over the repetitive tasks of watching and carrying people, inspired by my visit to a crowded net red card area
