The interior and exterior succeed in maintaining a consistent feel through smart lighting placements and geometric shapes. The restaurant benefits from the dim and earthy tones of the spatial colors to improve customers' experience through the sense of comfort from both the colors and curved lines.

High quality ventilation system and equipment are critical for a grill restaurant like this. The designers at Nong Mu could muster up multiple methods to manage smoke; one being the installation of hidden smoke ventilation systems. The hidden vent provided an effective way to manage smoke and maintain the much-improved aesthetic of the restaurant.

The light strips illuminate the reflective glass behind at night, creating an infinite ring optical illusion. The luminous lights and soft mists instantly attract pedestrians and pique interest and curiosity. Light strips are further utilized on the interior to assist in blending on the outside. The dining area adopts an open design, benefiting from two arc passages to replicate moving lines and space flow. The tea area is a central location and a connecting channel for multiple areas. Through smart placements of lighting and table arrangements, staff can maintain maximum efficiency without clutter, as a result, this boosts operation capabilities of the establishment and thus improves customer dining experience further.
The project design concept relies on the fundamentals of cave like, porous systems. The designer transformed the space into curved tunnel systems on the interior while being geometrical squares on the exterior. The exterior relies on crevices, gaps, and scattered holes to allow light and openness to seep inwards. The attractive arched entrance is durable and aesthetic.
