Production Technology
Light Tent Air's inflatable tabernacle is made of thermoplastic polyurethane, which is light, wearable, waterproof, flame-retardant, heat-resistant, heat-insulating and easy to clean. The reflective aluminium coating on the surface can reflect redundant solar energy so that the tent can keep cool even under direct sunlight; Flexible gallium arsenide solar cells are firmly combined with the reversible canopy through a high-frequency heat sealing process to form an energy supply matrix with a total output of 1200W, which can easily meet various electricity demand for outdoor camping.

Main challenge: how to integrate solar cells with inflatable tabernacles Solution: The flexible gallium arsenide solar cell is combined with the reversible canopy through a high-frequency heat sealing process, which has the characteristics of durability and strong reliability.
Project Duration
The project will finish in March 2023 in Shenzhen.
Operation Flow
Light Tent Air is an inflatable tabernacle with a built-in automatic air pump, it’s to put up. The appearance is grey-silver, inner in orange, highly concise and rich in layers, expressing high-tech feeling and futurity. Reversible canopy design and flexible angle adjustment ensure the battery is at the best light-receiving angle to make the most of solar energy. The tabernacle has a built-in energy storage module, which can store the electricity generated during the day and use it at night.
Research
Objectives: Solve the difficulty of electricity use when camping. Direction: portable, solar, high-power, inflatable tabernacles. Market research: online research and data from professional research companies. Social impact: The flexible gallium arsenide solar panels are organically combined with tents to form an energy supply matrix with a total output of 1200W, which can easily meet all kinds of electricity demands during camping. It breaks the design of traditional inflatable tabernacles while reducing carbon emission.
Inspiration
With the global tic carbon emissions, which aligns with the current trend of green develorend to build a carbon-neutral world, outdoor camping also faces the test according to carbon emission standards. Inflatable photovoltaic tabernacles allow outdoor users to fully feel the convenience of green energy and effectively reduce domestpment.
