TNK-50N is a large multi-functional waste concrete reprocessing engineering vehicle based on modular design. It is mainly used to process waste concrete into green permeable brick. The whole engineering vehicle adopts modular components and split design, and is equipped with crushing function module, collection function module and reprocessing module, to crush, collect, screen, remove impurities, hydraulic forming and other operations of the abandoned concrete.
Modular design, green environmental protection, resource reuse, sponge city, large engineering equipment
TNK-50N is an efficient construction machinery equipment, mainly used in crushing, screening, washing, mixing, mixing, extrusion and curing and other aspects of technology, the application of these technologies can not only improve the reuse rate of waste concrete, but also reduce the pollution to the environment. In order to achieve lightweight design of construction machinery products, TNK-50N uses new composite materials such as carbon fiber materials and recycled plastics to enhance the strength and durability of the entire engineering vehicle.
The main difficulty of this design project is to integrate the process of multiple equipment, combine them reasonably together, in order to achieve efficient work flow. Considering that the process requires multiple operations, a discrete design method is adopted to divide the whole vehicle into multiple modules in order to better control the operation of each module and ensure that all parts of the whole vehicle can work together to smoothly complete various tasks.
The project started in October 2022 at in Shenyang, liaoning province, China, and finished in March 2023 at inShenyang, liaoning province China.
In the working process of TNK-50N, the waste concrete is collected by the collector and transferred to the crusher in front of the vehicle for crushing and removing impurities. It is transported to the rear car through the transport port, and additives are added and then stirred by agitator. The stirred material is vibratingly pressed and solidified through the permeable brick mold. TNK-50N adopts driverless technology. When the additives in the body of the car are not available, they need to be added manually through the external interface of the additives on the side of the body.
With the acceleration of urbanization, the construction industry is booming, but with the corresponding is a lot of construction waste. At present, the main way of disposal of construction waste is landfill, but this way has caused a serious burden on the ecological environment. In order to solve this problem, this design proposes a new treatment method, which is to transform construction waste and waste concrete into environmentally friendly permeable brick, so as to realize the recycling of construction waste resources and reduce the pollution to the environment.
The construction industry generates a large amount of waste each year, resulting in lost profits and negative impacts on the environment. At present, the disposal of construction waste is in a simple and disorderly state, and the recycling and resource utilization of construction waste cannot spontaneously form an industrial chain under market conditions. In addition, the durability of recycled concrete is poor, difficult to market.
