The modeling of top surface of the sandbox area is designed to create an environment with natural skylight.

Design Challenge
Architecture itself is an irregular shape, and the height of each space varies greatly. How to balance the natural transition of each space in the interior and not waste space reasonably is a major challenge in this case.

As the window of real estate sales, the sales office is concerned with the quality of developers and the quality of real estate, which is naturally taken seriously by developers. And the buyers in the sales office can basically understand the situation of the building, for whether the building is in line with their own mind, but also have a general grasp. As a result, the sales office has become the'position'of both buyers and sellers.

In this case, the idea is Neijiang's culture oriented, and'one river, one city, one courtyard'expresses the eastern artistic conception in the form of modernity. At the heart of Chengdu and Chongqing, the hometown of painter Zhang Daqian, Neijiang is dubbed as the city of sweetness

In this case, the idea is Neijiang's culture oriented, and 'one river, one city, one courtyard'expresses the eastern artistic conception in the form of modernity.The whole space of the sales office expresses implicit oriental and artistic aestheticism with the expression methods of modern simplicity to turn complexity into simple and integrate nature, Zen, refinement and elegance into one. Such a paradise, what design is not just space, but an attitude to life.
