Its unique semi-perforated tea separator can effectively isolate tea leaves and solve the problem of tea regurgitation. The concentration of the tea soup can be easily controlled. People can directly taste tea with one click of opening. The materials used meet the high hygienic standards and fill many shortcomings of traditional Chinese tea sets nowadays.

Production Technology
The detachable bowl shaped tea infuser is made of food grade 304 stainless steel and PVD titanium plating technology. It does not contain heavy metals. It is not only safer in production, but also isolated from bacterial dirt and durable. It does not need to worry about tea stains or corrosion and rust. Tritan is selected for tea brewing house, which is widely used in maternal and infant products in the world.
Design Challenge
The hole below is the main water outlet. In order to make the water flow smoothly and avoid the retention of tea, the designer specially increased the density of the hole, and at the same time, it can prevent the overflow of tea residue. The hole on the side is mainly for introducing water to make the tea leaves fully soaked, so the hole diameter should be properly adjusted to help the tea making effect.
Project Duration
The product was designed in January 2018 in Foshan and launched in October 2019.
Operation Flow
After hundreds of water's fluency tests on the outlet, the designer observed the speed, quantity and shape of the water column, and finally selected the outlet of proper size. The height of the water nozzle and the curve of the cross section fit the direction of the outlet to ensure the water flow smoothly.
Research
Chinese people drink tea, pay attention to the term of "taste". In the busy life, make a pot of tea and drink it in a quiet place can eliminate fatigue and relax mood. In addition to many warm functional designs, this tea tumbler is not inferior to other ordinary water cups in design sense. The designer integrates the elements of youth, fashion, simplicity, line sense and so on into the cup design. Every part and detail is full of smooth and mellow texture.
Inspiration
The traditional tea sets have a high demand for space and a large number of pieces, lacking portability and timeliness. Many people are used to drinking tea with vacuum cup, but it is hard to avoid some bitterness when the tea is soaked too long, and the too strong tea contains tannic acid and theophylline, which is harmful to the body. This product adheres to the basic concept of "modern drinking of traditional tea" and advocates making good tea in a simple way.
