Airport Hotel for Gold Mantis
This case expresses the fields, mountains and rivers of Yancheng through materials and soft decoration. Designers use form repetition and reorganization, color matching, to create a strong contrast, so that the whole space is full of a pleasure and surprise. In terms of material selection, they insist on choosing green, environmental protection and sustainable development materials. The whole project advocates green energy saving and attaches importance to the original intention of function and psychological emotion design.

Production Technology
The main materials in this project are wood veneer, stone, glass, wallpaper, paint and aluminum plate.
Design Challenge
Due to the limited budget of the owner, the selection of materials should be combined with environmental protection requirements and cost performance to ensure the design effect. After several rounds of discussions with the owner, the price was finally controlled on the premise of guaranteeing the effect.
Project Duration
The project started in May 2019 in Jiangsu and will finish in March 2020 in Jiangsu.
Operation Flow
Yancheng fields, mountains, rivers, with decorative materials and soft decoration expression. In terms of architecture, the preliminary design of the architectural institute led to the unsatisfactory elevation of some individual areas. After BIM calculation and discussion, the decoration effect was maximized.
Research
From the curved wall of the lobby to the geometric ceiling of the dining room and finally to the screen of the guest room, the story about the city of Yancheng is told all the time. Hope here is a surprise departure, but also a wonderful start.
Inspiration
This project is located in the terminal of Yancheng airport, carrying passengers' first impression or leaving memory of Yancheng. The owner requires local characteristics and interest. When the first time from the plane overlooking this city, staggered orderly fields, winding river, this kind of natural interest, there is a strong sense of substitute; It must be interesting to think of this element as a kind of story line that runs through every space.
