Production Technology

The bedroom and washroom are decorated with magnolia stone and shell golden beige stone which shows elegance. Designers used stainless steel and wood floors to set off and integrate the various areas on the yacht. leather and used venetian blinds to clearly distinguish the moving line.

Design Challenge

Black Pearl Design take divers to explore the sovereign dive site of Palau, re-examine and follow the blue ocean, green island and mottled rainbow. To enjoyed intelligence system, feel of bench mark quality and the open activity space. To admire the wonders of the world when they experience the comfortable accommodation on the boat.From the concept of island, it means personal exclusivity, exploration and passion, designers have to satisfy it’s not only a unique and distinctive way to escape from the land, but also means starting all over again and recreating, it’s not only belongs to the ocean, but also full of unknown potentials, and it’s an exciting and attractive dive resort for adventurers.

The project started in August 2018 in Jiangmen

Operation Flow

Diving enthusiasts can having daily life on the main deck, diving preparation on the dive deck and finishing after landing, and also can enjoy entertainment parties on the sundeck, just as convenience and comfort as on the shore.

Research

There are many kinds of living facilities and entertainment equipment on the Black Pearl, which is full of attraction. From dive deck, main deck, driving deck to sundeck, the design not only makes the space clear and the moving line smooth and reasonable, but close to the nature, which ensures that the diver is acting as convenient and comfortable as on land in the journey far away from the coast.

Inspiration

Designers take the concept of island—looking for the dry land on the sea, as the theme. Because Black Pearl liveaboard is design for scuba enthusiasts, it’s a cruise between landing points and dive sites as well as a long journey away from land. In order to give each passenger a private space on the sea with warm and passionate, designers extract the elements from the island and apply dynamic soft furnishings with warm colors to each spaces.

Project Overview

The Black Pearl For Snorkeling A Snorkeling And Roaming Yacht has been a Iron winner in the Yacht and Marine Vessels Design award category in the year 2019 organized by the prestigious A' Design Award & Competition. The Iron A' Design Award is awarded to good designs that meet the rigorous professional and industrial standards set by the A' Design Awards. This recognition is reserved for works that demonstrate a solid understanding of design principles and show creativity within their execution.
