Residential Apartment for Professional Group of Design
This design project presents the entire space with grey-toned cultural colors, adding a soft texture while demonstrating harmony and warmth. The stories behind the spatial vocabularies are slowly depicted via the design planning and the visual presentation. For the planning, the comprehensive modern electrical arrangement allowed the space to be integrated with accuracy to create an eco-friendly green life, reducing the consumption of energy, not merely taking into consideration the climate and environment, but further grasping onto the core value of sustainability.

This design project presents the entire space with grey-toned cultural colors, adding a soft texture while demonstrating harmony and warmth. As for the material applications, vintage stones and pale grey oak mellow wood patterns are applied, while the vague matte titanium-plated stainless-steel ceiling and the walls create the graduated sense of beauty, whereas the grey rustic mirrors stack to form an extended visual effect.
Following the axis to arrive in the living room featuring a large floor lamp, dark grey saddle leather sofa, large side table with dark purple leather, Turkish blue chair and grey Pandomo flooring, the natural lighting from three sides in the living room made use of an organ curtain to guide the light indoor, sculpturing a strong rugged design sentiments along the vintage television wall and the sofa chair.
Re-directing the vision to the kitchen, the greyish blue subway tiles and the pale grey fancy glazed tiles are used together with the hairline stainless steel cabinet, which reflects along with the light to create a transparent and bright boutique-quality while enlarging the visual effect for space. The master bedroom is presented in extremely simple grey tone wandering between delicateness and coarseness; the bedhead wall and the other walls are painted in grey coating together with professional master’s meticulously hand-brushed patterns, further highlighting the craftsman’s unique handmade temperature.
Blending with the large E15 original wood dining table in the dining room, the Vork Turkish blue cupboard and the greyish-black cabinet introduced color variations, demonstrating the injection of mellow and elegant temperament to the public space.
Amongst these, the Vork boards used for the cupboard are from Portugal, originating from the wood fibers of recycled Maritime pine in combination with organic dyes, adhesives and wax, which are formed after high-pressure compression to offer a variety of colors.
