Being an art piece collector, designer reserves a lot of white wall for the homeowner to display his collections. The design makes use of high quality textured materials like wood, stone, black chrome stainless steel and wrought iron to interweave a design language that goes beyond a standard minimalist style. Modest cool colour scheme of grey, brown and black were used consistently to set an organic accents.

Eco paint in white finish was used to complete all the wall so the art collections could make a statement for themselves. Considering the location of the abode by a greenery mountain which could be relatively humid, designer has picked stone like material that are in laminated finish so they are more durable and well sealed to withstand the humidity. The use of stainless steel would also ease out the maintenance that needed to be taken care of for this pet home in a long run.
As homeowner is keeping some exiting furniture pieces so the designer has decided to revolve the interior to around them. The material choices and color tone have to be aligned and coherent in order to deliver an aesthetic balance.

The brief is to deliver a modern and stylish home for the homeowner who has a profession in the financial industry. As he is working from home most of the time, the designer takes special care on his own lifestyle, making a workplace adjoining with the living room, and overall more spacious.
With a contemporary approach, a cool and stylish designed home is made to suit a bachelor who lives with his dog. By carefully imbuing details such as the lifestyle of homeowner, designer has created an open workplace for which can be partitioned with glass door for fluidity and transparency. Masculine tone of grey, brown and black are integrated throughout the residence for a modern minimalist style of interior.
