Plasma torch consists from metal technology parts which are made of copper, grass and steel. Main case is made of plastic using injection molding technology for mass production. Another parts are made of ceramic, rubber, etc.
The bigger challenge of whole development process was the fusion of design styling and technology inside that device. We tried to find optimal solution how to connect well looking product with perfect ergonomic feature and production quality. Another challenge was fitting all technology parts into tight plastic case.
The project development of technology and design started in December 2015 in Zlin district in Czech Republic and finished in May 2020 in Czech Republic.
