Highrise Glass for LuXun Academy of Fine Arts
The drone the team designed uses automated technology to solve the problem of high altitude glass cleaning, reducing the risk of manually cleaning glass. The design of the cleaning module allows the drone to carry multiple cleaning modules simultaneously, and in the simulation demonstration, it has been measured to improve the efficiency of high altitude cleaning and reduce the cost.

Use Glass cleaner instead of High altitude practitioners to complete high risk operations. An omnidirectional helicopter with 8 propellers can rotate 360 degrees freely in the air. Each drone can pick up multiple modules back and forth, the part where the modules are removed can be charged by solar energy.

The form and integration of the function of the cabo module and the flight module.
The project was launched in Shenyang, Liaoning Province in June 2020, and ended in Shenyang, Liaoning Province in December 2020.
The Glass cleaner uses the airborne calculation standard path, sends the cleaning module to the glass of the high altitude building, starts the cleaning operation after freely rotating and positioning the next working platform. The back of the module provides continuous power to the solar panel. After completing the operation, the flight module retrieves the cleaning module.
The design uses airborne sensors to determine location and airborne calculations to determine actions. An omnidirectional helicopter with 8 propellers can rotate 360 degrees in the air. The whole is a square frame, and there are six glass wiping modules that can be split into independent units at will. There are water tanks inside, the surface nozzles spray water. The four small balls on the four corners are convenient for moving when the glass is wiped.
Using modern drone high altitude cleaning instead of traditional manual cleaning of high altitude glass can greatly reduce the cost of high altitude cleaning and reduce the risk of personnel falling from high altitude. Using the modular design concept, the drone can carry up to 5 cleaning modules to work together at a time.
