Unique Properties
Beauty care trend has continued to remain popular across in some markets in recent years, supported by emerging skincare technologies. The Ergo Spa employ these new technologies, providing users a way to administer leading-edge skin care at home without the need for expensive and time-consuming clinic visits. The products provide convenient and quick cleansing, activating the elasticity of the muscle base and preventing the loss of collagen. It’s easy for people of all ages to enjoy the benefits of having young, firm and perfectly radiant skin at home. The line-up includes 3 different products using the same product base: Lift-Up light, Ion Booster and Brush Cleanser.

Production Technology
The manufacturing process uses the following technologies: metal stamping and plastic injection. The product receives in some parts that composes it, the epoxy painting process as well. The materials used are: silicone rubber, carbon steel, aluminum, magnets, stainless steel, chrome, titanium, ABS plastic and LEDs.
Design Challenge
The biggest challenge was to promote the efficient management of an interdisciplinary project involving several stakeholders (designers, engineers, users, beauticians and doctors). The main creative concept is to use the design process to create meaning innovation. This process demonstrates the design power in benefits of the business strategy, adding value to the product.
Project Duration
The project started in September 2020 in Brazil and China and finishes in February 2021. The project has been made in Brazil and the technical developments has been made in China with technologies suppliers. The production will occur in China.
Operation Flow
With excellent rechargeable battery life whether used during daily use or for travelling, there is no need to worry about the limitations of time and use environment. As you get older, skin loses its elasticity and fine lines gradually emerges. Lift Up helps to achieve plump, youthful skin with dual firming and lifting care. Lift Up tightens and lifts the skin using high frequency thermal therapy, red LEDs and micro currents. It helps tighten enlarged pores, reduce fine lines and wrinkles, and stimulate collagen and elastin production for firmer and younger looking skin.
Research
Desk Field, Focus Groups, Consumer Insights, Trend Mappings. We collect all data through immersive process including consumer, designers and multidisciplinary teams (marketing, engineer, anthropology, etc.). Objective: Bring innovation and differentiation. Method: Consumer-Centric Insights with Design based approach to solving problems. Steps: Research (map and understand), Conceptualize (alternative generation), Visualize (renderings), Realize (prototype) and Implement.

The inspiration is the women of today and looking for helping them to bring out the beauty that every woman was born with, so she can feel beautiful in her own way, every day, no matter where life takes her.
