Public Facility for M. INTERIOR DESIGN Co., LTD
The designer used a lot of metal construction to make people be able to see through; sunlight and sci-fi elements are fused together into the elegant space. Besides, by overlapping the metal bars and reflection, the designer would like to lead people appreciate the original architecture through the lines. The waterscape by the entrance merges with metal and stone material, vacating the space for plants to grow, which presents the symbiosis of inorganic and organic.

Looking out the window, the courtyard is another virtual reality. The indoor elements extend radially to the outdoors with the common centre point. Along with the building, the stepped platform is paved with wood panels radially to solve the poor drainage.
The project finished in January 2021 in Taipei, Taiwan.
People experience the process of observing and being observed through the white metal bars, glass, and mirror, figuring out the nature of objects. The white steel ladder connects the courtyard with rooftop where the view is broad; surrounded by greenery, people can relax their minds here.
Inspired from history, culture and life, the designer tried to create a space for people to feel immersive while walking into it.
