The way of life and communication before and after the Corona Virus Pandemic as the world’s theme of the day made the designer create a work that is the language of his time for the future. In product, which can be designed and made with modern technologies, the movement of the intersectional lines are generally spherical around the large pearl as the essence of life and eventually their transformation into small separated pearls, which is a metaphor as social distance, all of this represents life during the outbreak.

Unique Properties

The spherical shape of the design inherently has the power to attract the viewer, in which the movement and intersection of the lines on it creates a stronger connection, which his relationship is strengthened by the presence of a semi-hidden pearl and small visible pearls with a contrasting color and a pendant separated from the design.

Production Technology

This design’s modeling was done using the Matrix software, which 3D printing technology was sued to make it in the first stage, and then direct casting. In the final stage, pearls are placed manually.

Design Challenge

The main challenge and goal of this project was to create an everlasting work with the concept and view that is correct and consistent with its time, which shows the situations and relationships of human life in the period of the outbreak of Corona virus, which years later will be mentioned.

Project Duration

The ideation of the design and it's design started at the fastest possible time in early April 2021 and on May 10,2021,it was completed in Iran and the city of Tabriz.

Operation Flow

The continuity of the lines of the work from the pendant to the movement on the spherical surface and enclosing the white pearl as a precious gem of life and finally stopping the lines when turning them into small pearls with dark and contrasting color, delivers the idea and purpose of the design to the audience.

Research

The designer's involvement and influence from the corona outbreak, as well as the influence from the circumstances of the people and the unprecedented number of incidents and casualties, led to the fact that among all the related incidents and issues of human social communication and comparing it with before and after the Corona virus outbreak, lead to creation of this idea and work.

Inspiration

The life before and after the outbreak of the Corona virus as the world's main topic has been the inspiration of this work.Before the Corona virus all the people were communicating with each other while after that connection between people was weakened and the social distance between them occurred where even the essence of human life beings was broken, leadingly everyone sank into their own.
