Residential for Simple Design Studio
Used checks, straight lines, and a sedate color tone to shape the house. As to the public domain, the entrance, which is the first impression of the mansion, is built in grey and white color, combined with gentle wood materials to set off the feeling of coziness. In addition, the TV semi-wall is varnished with special paints, which has drawn an image of mountain, water, and cloud into the room. Furthermore, for the sake of extending the area’s ambiance to the interspace and preserving the river scenery simultaneously, the study is managed in open form.

The designer has built the space with upright and four straight lines and gentle, neat colors. Painted the TV semi-wall with special paint so as to turn the open study room into a transparent, bright space. Connecting the living room and the open study with a double-load corridor so that the TV wall is used as a partition. At the end of the corridor, a glass window is used to separate the bedroom from another so as to extend the views and lights. In order to build a simple and methodic space, got rid of the door knots and replaced all of them into sliding doors or slanted ones so that the space is much more commodious in visual.
foursquare lins, gentle, neat colors, modern
The overall style of the mansion condenses at the entrance. The designer has painted the carpenter works with grey, black, and dark brown colors, making an elegant keynote. Nevertheless, the wall at the end of the view has been painted in a special way so that it is integrated with nature imagery such as clouds and landscapes, differing from the sharp edges and corners that the marble owns, the paint texture is more like an indisputable gentle jade. Also, the wall behind the sofa is varnished in grey color in response to the core concept of the architecture, tranquility.
In order to build a spacious bedroom and establish a transparent visual effect, the designer has changed the inherent configuration, for instance, the entrance and the bedroom. Considering that the clients need a study room, and also desire an open but steady ambiance, the designer has spent a lot of time discussing ideas with the client and put them into the plan until the construction is finished.
The project finished in March 2020 in Zhubei Riparian, Hsinchu County Taiwan.
The connection between each area has been specially arranged. From the kitchen island, you can see not only the restaurant on the right side, the open study in front of it but also the living where the children can play around. In addition, the clients pursue the color and decoration in a simple and elegant way. Hence, the designer has established the place with kitchenware, bookshelves, sliding doors in the shape of straight lines, and checks so as to set up a neat style. The whole interspace is built in brown, grey, and black color, which is for the purpose of framing a place of quiet contemplation.
For the purpose of making the whole place more transparent and consistent, the designer has rearranged the house configuration such as the entry, living room, and the open study room. The way the door of the bedroom is changed, which has added a new bedroom in it. Tranquility is the core concept of the construction so the extension of the ambiance becomes a key point. In order to make the atmosphere consistent, and preserve the scenery from the outside of the window, the designer has managed the study room in an open forum. The double-load corridor connects the living room, study room, kitchen, and even the bedroom together.
The sight outside the window is the vast sky and the endless river with the warmth from the sunlight and the shivering river. When the spring wind blows, the river starts to glow, we can feel a piece of vibrancy. As to the inside of the mansion, the clients prefer a square-shaped and straight line with elegant ornaments. Furthermore, the main color of the house is modest but still warm so that we can feel a sense of peace when stepping in.
