Furniture Set for Villasufia
The Guardians is a limited-edition line of furniture inspired by black panthers. The chairs are designed to be ergonomic and comfortable in mind which is produced by a state of the art 3d printing system combined with fiberglass technology and handcrafting for the final refinements. This project is designed to encourage the sense of thinking, reasoning, and not simply disregarding the events and the world around. Also, It makes an emotional connection between the users and animals by its design.

Design Challenge
The main challenge was to meet the market demand for modern furniture in various forms of protective symbols, transforming the animal shapes to the pieces with the same emotion, joining performance and aesthetics beside emotional connection between the Guardians and the users.
Project Duration
The project has been designed and presented in the Patternitecture exhibition in Tehran in August 2021.
Operation Flow
This project is designed to encourage the sense of thinking, reasoning, and not simply disregarding the events and the world around.
Research
In designing Guardians, the designer studied the anatomy of the animals for creating objects that evoke energy and agility.
Inspiration
For millenniums, animals have been an inseparable part of human life. Zoomorphic motives dominated prehistoric art and have survived up until our era. Traditional crafts, such as carpet weaving and pottery, draw inspiration from the zoomorphic iconography. Positive human-animal relationships can provoke positive emotions, in fact, animals have been a source of inspiration for many modern artists and designers.
