Private House for Vance Design
The designer is responsible for the overall design of the project, including architecture, interior, landscaping, equipment and soft furnishings. The luxury living environment is created for residents, complete with a single door courtyard, sunken landscape and various amenities. The living room is vibrant thanks to the retro furniture, simple lines and cascading lamps. The marble in the bedroom divides functions with a sculptural stance, while the terrace and floor-to-ceiling windows bring enough light. Children can grow up in the knowledge paradise made of the wood finish and soft package.

Unique Properties
The selection of materials is full of naturalism. The combination of raw wood and marble interpret modern and elegant vibe. With retro furnishings, the space is dynamic, filled with layers. In addition, the open kitchen, geometric interspersed countertop and appropriate artistic decoration meet practical functions while integrating into the residents' relaxed life. The transparent top draws natural light into the room. People can enjoy their happy life with their family and friends.

Design Challenge
Diverse artistic expressions realize the ideal of living with nature, and the rich structural changes make the interior landscape full of natural atmosphere. In the abundant habitat scene, the leisure of life is reflected in the daily activities of people, space and nature. With art, music, video, trendy play, sports, etc., the designer explores the lifestyle and the spatial system of the residents' spiritual world, so that each family member can achieve perfect life.
Project Duration
The project is located in Guangzhou, China and still under construction.
Operation Flow
In master bedroom, volumetric marble separates functions with a sculptural posture, and the floor-to-ceiling windows and terrace bring sufficient light. With gentle curves and soft lights, the functional area allows children to grow in the knowledge world at ease. The custom wood finish combined with mint green bed screen, desk and single chair bring a soft living experience for little master. The multi-functional leisure area adjoins the fitness space, for relaxation, fitness and entertainment.

In this case, the designer is responsible for the whole project design from architecture to garden, interior, equipment and soft furnishings. Through rational customer research, their life expectation is fully understood. So, on the basis of deep understanding of customers' needs, the top luxury living environment of this detached villa has been provided for the residents, with single door courtyard, sunken landscape, and rich functions.
Inspiration
The designer thinks about how to show the lifestyle and unique taste of the residents in the space. He always believes that constructing a spiritual highland for a tasteful life and creating a comfortable and intimate home will bring warmth to the residents.
Project Overview
South Lake Villa Private House has been a Bronze winner in the Interior Space and Exhibition Design award category in the year 2022 organized by the prestigious A' Design Award & Competition.
