Design Challenge
The biggest challenge in this development is the triple matching of design, process, and equipment. Breaking away from the traditional dominance of a single element, in this project, there are three elements interacting and influencing each other. And there are many uncertain factors in production, and there are also many variables affected. To continuously identify the cause, solve the problem, and stabilize in fluctuations.
Project Duration
Research and development began in April 2023, and it was launched globally in October 2023.
Operation Flow
Realize seamless tiling, increase visual extension and beauty of space, and create a grand and luxurious atmosphere. 1200 * 2700 is suitable for large floor heights, with a floor to ceiling design aesthetic that is exclusive to luxury house.
Research
Background: After the epidemic, people's hearts are filled with fatigue and confusion about the uncertainty of the future. The longing for nature and nostalgia for the past have become two mainstream directions. At the same time, global climate change has made ESG a highland for major enterprises to rush to. Method: Utilize consumption, marketing, and lifestyle trends published on various platforms, as well as visit internationally renowned exhibitions such as SALONE DEL MILANO, CERSAIE, VERONA STONE FAIR, etc., to collect trends in home decoration and match the latest home decoration needs of consumers. The cutting-edge ceramic tiles and rock slabs can be produced using practical techniques. Insights: Traditional ceramic tiles will only have a smaller market share on the ground, and the creation of tile rock slabs for the entire house space is a popular trend. Based on this, we aim to create high-end and unique marble textures, composite front-end technology, matte, soft, and comfortable to touch, making marble rock slabs no longer cold. In a natural atmosphere, one's inner self is relaxed and nourished. Experiment: Collaborating with a global Spanish glaze pigment company, using globally leading digital structure and positioning glue grits technology. Through line test, final test and mass production. During the new product launch in October, it received high praise from customers. Impact: On the one hand, it expands users' understanding of ceramic tiles and slabs, and on the other hand, it drives the industry to develop upwards, leaving the price red ocean and moving towards high quality and high profit.
Inspiration
Selecting from the world's precious stone quarry, deconstructing luxury stone elements and creating composite innovating original designs to enhance the natural beauty of redesign. Old marble ceramic slab surface is single.Luxury stone 2.0 with top-edge digital structure ink 3.0 pro technology integrated glue grits,the touch is softer and authentic.It is consistent with “kind economic”and “kindness”trends.
