Unique Properties

Following the Italian design wisdom of nearly 80 years, KLAX together with Tecnografica, the top Italian design agency, integrates the elegance, luxury and extreme tension of Italian design, deconstructs and reorganizes the porcelain slab materials, refines and sublimates the artistic conception of Italian aesthetics, injects every detail of the products, and constructs an Italian minimalist aesthetic scene.

Production Technology

Innovative digital mold 3.0 technology uses a camera alignment device with the same pixel as world-renowned paintings for scanning and replicating, macro-capturing stone patterns, 3D scanning, multi-layer stacking, and replicating nature's masterpieces.

Design Challenge

It incorporates Spanish-imported Torrecid ink to reproduce the pure color of the stone, the industry's advanced 18-channel 3D inkjet machine precisely controls the ink flow, making the color presentation of the products richer and more accurate.

Project Duration

The product was designed and sold on the market in 2023.

Operation Flow

Through the solution output of KLAX headquarters, customized service by service suppliers, and the one-stop delivery services including orders, logistics, auxiliary materials, and construction, to provide consumers with comprehensive solutions for porcelain slab home decoration and porcelain slab customized home products.

Inspiration

Klax draws inspiration from Mount Kasbeck's agile figure, incorporates the charm of mountains and stone, and creates a natural sense of living environment. This product adopts Klax's patent of the Real Stone texture approach, the stone texture of the surface looks natural.

Project Overview

Kazbegi Slab has been a Silver winner in the Building Materials and Construction Components Design award category in the year 2023 organized by the prestigious A' Design Award & Competition. The Silver A' Design Award celebrates top-tier designs that embody excellence and innovation. This award acknowledges creations that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also highly functional, reflecting the designer's deep understanding and skill.
