The Gallium Nitride semiconductor material with higher thermal and electrical conductivity, which reduces internal power losses during conversion and achieves the max efficiency of 98.4 per cent. The MPPT algorithm dynamically adjusts the max power of the solar panels, ensuring optimal output under vary light intensities and temperatures. The densely packed cooling fins on the back provide better heat dissipation, preventing high temperatures from impacting efficiency and the component lifespan.
It is challenging to optimize the photovoltaic conversion efficiency of inverters and their intelligent management. With the Gallium Nitride semiconductor material, this inverter achieves a maximum conversion efficiency of 98.4 per cent. Wireless data transmission between the inverter and the ESS, as well as other smart home devices, has been established, simplifying the wiring layout during installation and improving flexibility. This has enabled intelligent and unified energy management.
The project started research and development in Beijing in June 2023, and the product was finalised in September 2023. The mass production of the product will be put on line according to the market situation.
Users can actively monitor realtime data such as the generation, consumption, grid status of the solar power station, and battery level through a mobile app. They can also remotely adjust the operating mode of the inverter. In case of any malfunctions, the app promptly issues fault alerts, conducts realtime fault diagnosis, and provides users with fault codes or reports and diagnostic information, helping users quickly resolve issues.
As a device that integrates a photovoltaic power generation system and a battery ESS, this hybrid inverter, with its advantages of comprehensive energy utilisation and saving, intelligent management, and environmental protection, not only satisfies the needs of residential ESSs but also help business and industry explore energy solutions.
