Washbasin Series for Creavit
Ruby is crafted with a third-generation ceramic body enhanced with special minerals and raw materials. Unlike the Fire Fine Clay (FFC) clay used in standard ceramic production, it enables the creation of ultra-thin and amorphous designs and provides significantly higher durability with a thickness of 3-5 mm. Ruby has successfully completed various testing processes with its material that combines elegance and durability, offering a premium solution for bathrooms with its ultra-clean glaze layer.

Ruby is produced with a third-generation ceramic body enriched with special minerals and raw materials, developed exclusively by Creavit. Compared to the Fire Fine Clay (FFC) mud used in standard ceramic production, it allows for the creation of ultra-thin and amorphous designs with a thickness of 3-5mm, providing up to three times higher strength. The Ruby washbasin series offers consumers both aesthetic and durable products with its five creative basin designs, promising designers new horizons with its technology.

The production of the Ruby washbasin series utilized the special third-generation ceramic body developed by Creavit's R&D department, combining unique minerals and raw materials.
Vitrified production usually begins with pouring liquid mud into plaster molds, followed by firing after the ceramic material takes a certain thickness within the molds. The foundational steps of vitrified production, combined with the effort to fully understand the working principle of the new material, led to hundreds of trials to achieve the perfect product.
The development of the Ruby washbasin began in September 2022 through collaborative efforts of Creavit's R&D and design teams, concluding in October 2023. During this period, the design and technical details required for the production of Ruby series basins were meticulously worked on, incorporating the use of the special third-generation ceramic body enriched with unique minerals and raw materials. The series, with its enhanced durability and thin designs, was successfully introduced to the market at the end of this process.
The Ruby series facilitates various space designs with its five members, each basin possessing aesthetic, ergonomic, and functional features. Additionally, it offers diversity with different siphon structures. The Ruby washbasin series, born from the imagination of the design team, creates a unique product range that perfectly complements spaces for consumers and the industry.
The specially developed Ruby ceramic material has been a turning point in overcoming design challenges in the vitrified world. Its use enables the design of products with steeper angles, thin and sharp lines as well asamorphous shapes and lines, opening a new chapter in vitrified design.
Ruby is a result of the desire to differentiate in the vitrified market and create unique designs. Departing from traditional forms, the Ruby series, shaped with a distinctive body through a creative approach, consists of five carefully thought-out basins. Models like RB051, RB061, and RB0141 offer a contemporary aesthetic with amorphous details, while RB040 reflects the flawless reflection of a diamond shape, and RB141 transforms the peaceful flow of water into a visual spectacle, marking a groundbreaking series in the vitrified world.
Ruby Washbasin Series has been a Silver winner in the Bathroom Furniture and Sanitary Ware Design award category in the year 2023 organized by the prestigious A' Design Award & Competition. The Silver A' Design Award celebrates top-tier designs that embody excellence and innovation. This award acknowledges creations that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also highly functional, reflecting the designer's deep understanding and skill.
