Utilizing recycled and upcycled materials, the design promotes a sense of eco-consciousness while maintaining a modern and functional aesthetic.

When approaching the interior design of the company, the designers needed to align with its core values and unearth its essence to craft a workspace customized to its requirements. Moreover, they had to address the spatial characteristics, notably its lofty height and outdated infrastructure. Opting to reveal the ceiling and repurpose existing systems, they merged aesthetics with ecological mindfulness. A central piece of furniture was conceived to partition and unify the company's periphery, functioning as a focal point.
Design Challenge
The interior design project faced a unique challenge: integrating modernity, functionality, and sustainability while reflecting Babyark's principles. Extensive research led to innovative solutions in furniture, lighting, and materials, aligning with the company's values. This approach enhances the workspace visually, reinforcing Babyark's commitment to excellence, safety, and environmental responsibility through the use of recycled materials, systems and natural light.
Project Duration
This project is in the industrial zone of Kfar Saba, central Israel, with an estimated duration of six months, including three months of planning and three months of execution.
Operation Flow
The layout of the workspace promotes collaboration and transparency, with open work areas divided by glass partitions. This encourages communication and interaction among team members while maintaining privacy in enclosed management offices and labs. Upon entering, one encounters a spacious area with a lounge-style seating corner and a transparent meeting room. The central bar area and lounge provide gathering spaces for informal meetings and relaxation.
Research
At the heart of Babyark's design philosophy is a harmonious alignment with nature. The incorporation of round lines fosters a sense of protection and continuity, creating an atmosphere that resonates with safety. Beyond functionality, the offices exude warmth and familiarity. A carefully designed lounge, extensive bookshelf, and a central bar area in the entrance and gathering spaces not only elevate the aesthetic but also create spaces that encourage collaboration and creativity.
Inspiration
The inspiration behind Babyark's interior design project lies in the concept of nurturing and protecting the next generation. Drawing from the resilience of nature's structures, particularly the egg, the design seeks to embody safety and security while fostering a warm and inviting atmosphere.
