Residential for E&C DECO Interior Design
The residence is decorated with different materials in the same tonal; the public area is edged with light wooden colors and grey curtains stacking with yarn fabric, building a steady and continuous vibe. Brown titanium-plated hardware paired with clear glass is set up to divide each area secretly; the elements have also highlighted the main tonal of the residence. Last but not least, a delicate selected marble material is used on the television wall to add a sense of luxury into the room.

The public area is applied with a semi-open-end method; the study and the kitchen are equipped with titanium-plated hardware and a glass screen to create a large visual effect. The kitchen is also set up with a sliding door; it allows the user to freely change the spatial while efficiently isolating cooking smells during cookery. At the same time, shades of grey, lavender, and wooden tonal are applied in many ways; the elements are paired with the exquisite marble plates of the television wall, giving the overall a sense of elegance and high-end.
Visual penetration method, steady tonal, ceiling decoration, suspending cabinets, lightweight designs.
Crystallized and low-key luxurious marble television wall, glass screens, tea glasses, titanium-plated hardware, wooden floorings, wooden system cabinets, laminated floorings, non-toxic, cement paints.
The critical point of this project was to infuse richness and steadiness into the space without creating a sense of heaviness. The designer selected light-colored wooden-grain elements on the flooring, cabinets, and walls while pairing the sofas, chairs, tables, and rugs in dark brown; the color selections between dark and light have allowed the overall to be more harmonious and balanced.
The project started in July 2020 and finished in October 2020 in Taiwan.
The residence is equipped with four rooms; by shrinking the master bedroom and the children room by 50 centimeters internally, the study can be expanded. At the same time, the double-sided wall is removed and replaced with glass sliding doors with titanium-plated frames to create transparency; a short kitchen island is also set up to increase flexibility during cooking. The same method is applied between the study and the living room; clear glasses have brought an expansive visual effect to the overall space.
This project applied light colors and shades of white as the central theme. By changing the materials in the same tonal and the placements of the brown titanium-plated hardware, tea glasses, and ash-grey leather, all elements have created layers and aesthetics for the space. The apply of wooden floorings and marbles have built up a sense of graciousness and is semi-luxurious. The private is continued the warm wooden tonal. An ash-grey leather made of the master bedroom back wall is paired with echoing grey curtains, which help adjust brightness brought by the lightings from both sides of the room.
This project applied tonal of light and rustic as the central theme and has used wood, lavender, and grey colors in many ways; meanwhile, a high and transparent glass screen and tea glasses are set up to give the space a more expansive and see-through feeling. Within the semi-open-end and rustic space, the designer has created an untainted sense of living for the house owner, a Xanadu within the city.
