Sales Center for Panshi Design
Using the elevation difference to create the landscape of terrain ladder, forms a tortuous and circuitous rich route. Through the step-up to produce the integration and dialogue of space, people can carry out art exhibition, entertainment, open-air theater and other cultural and leisure activities here, so that the ladder forms a link of space, connecting rich functions and interesting changes, to achieve rich theme space, with different scenes as step changes, and one space with one characteristic. It conveys the design concept of symbiosis and sharing.

This case takes "urban ladder culture square" as the core culture, and integrates the natural and symbiotic ecological architecture concept. The main materials in this project are stone, aluminum grille, texture coating.
The building is a suspended cuboid, layered up and down. The route from one floor at one end to two floors at the other end is long and narrow. How to create an interesting route, how to build different space feelings, how to achieve space extension and space fusion are the problems to be considered in this case.
The project started in March 2019 in Zhangjiakou and finished in September 2020 in Zhangjiakou.
Adopting the form of open-air commercial coffee bar, the indoor and ladder are integrated. The outdoor combines the form of landscape and external pendulum, such achieving the internal and external integration. The interests of nature and growth arise spontaneously.
Taking the waterscape elements of the city square as the sequence, the background takes the device with the theme of water leading to the sky as the spatial visual focus, which echoes with the water curtain of the building and the clear water river of the city. The boundary of architecture, nature and interior is blurred to achieve the design concept of symbiosis with nature.
This project is inspired by the unique ice and snow landscape elements of Zhangjiakou, which is one of the top ten ice and snow tourism cities in China. Chongli and Chicheng in Zhangjiakou are the largest natural ski resorts in North China and are known as the Oriental Davos. At the same time, Yinshan Mountains cross the middle of Zhangjiakou, and ice and snow cover the mountain terrain, forming a unique landscape terrain.
