Through refining the wing form of a butterfly in different states and combining with the single support structure of home seat, it evolves into angular and clever seat form and the overall style is relatively lively, giving people a sense of lightness and vitality. And the manufacturing process is 3D printed in one. The wrapping seat and back provide a comfortable experience for the seat, and the interconnected seat structure makes the seat stronger.

Unique Properties

The "Wings" chair is a leisure chair design, made of plastic and integrated technology. The appearance of the product is inspired by the movement of butterflies, aiming to show signs of life from solid objects; The back of the chair is connected with the middle part of the seat surface. Production Technology

The leisure chair is an integral structure, made of 3D printing integral forming technology, the whole is blue translucent plastic material, the outer shape has stripes and concave, in order to increase the friction of the seat.

Design Challenge

Project Duration

The design had started in Shenyang in March 2021, completed in Shenyang in June 2021, and displayed in the museum of Lu Xun Academy of Fine Arts in Shenyang in June in 2021.

Operation Flow
