Taking Gui as beauty, the design explored and sorted out the regional characteristics, history and culture, and craft style of Guijiu from the inside out, with a philosophical shape of a circle in a square, a hospitable bird, mysterious and noble purple, and good surface texture, to meet a balance of co-existence through the improvement of internal quality and external properties. It is a harmony which involves cultural transmission that emphasizes the trait of pursuing excellence and a perceptible and vivid regional identity.

Unique Properties
The product is created to reflect the "Gui" cultural system which echoes the "noble" culture in pattern, shape and colour. The bottle label is designed with the most representative "batik welcoming bird" pattern in Guizhou, which means welcoming guests. The bottle-shaped design is square with circle, which corresponds to the inner spirit of "Gui" culture; the unique product philosophy and quality of the product are fully demonstrated.

Production Technology
The product has been continuously polished to achieve a breakthrough in the high combination of design, technology and craftsmanship. Cover: split digital correlation cover; spraying and coating; leather-covered neck sleeve Bottle: increased sense of volume; spraying, baking and brushing design. Box: special paper, fiber board, A-grade positive double gray, silver foil inner sticker, metal signage, flocked EVA, craft: UV, screen printing, bronzing.
Design Challenge
Focused on "high-end, value-added, fashion, and experience", breakthroughs have been achieved in smart anti-counterfeiting and application of new structures and processes. The brand is supported by various aspects such as "Yanghe Blue, Dream Drop, high-end quality, unique 550ml capacity, intelligent anti-counterfeiting and new patented technology" to create product uniqueness and differentiation.

Operation Flow
The product Gui Jiu Shi Jia uses the four-code correlation technology, enhancing from outside to inside layer by layer. The four-in-one anti-counterfeiting technology, boosting the split structure, is the most sophisticated technology that the industry has patented. To do a more powerful fight against manufacturing and marketing the fake, to protect the rights of the brand and make users more assured. At the meantime, the high-end appearance of the product and its profound connotation demonstrate the status and taste of users.
Research
It satisfies people's pursuit of more refined and high-end life, and at the same our brand “Guijiu Shijia” pursues excellence in inheriting ethnic cultures and exhibits sensible and vivid features of Guizhou. We, through invisible ways, define the philosophy of “Gui”. "Gui", literally meaning “expensive”, “dear” or “aristocratic”, highlights the introverted, quiet, gentle and honest beauty of "Chinese Gui culture" from the inside out. Consumer recognition of the product's packaging, quality and branding, as well as our continuous polishing of the product, has provided it with sustainable development.
Inspiration
The Tao Te Ching says: the highest good is like water, for water benefits the ten thousand things without striving. It settles in places that people avoid and so is like the Tao. Under its inspiration, the front of the bottle is shaped square, but from the perspective of the top, squareness and roundness are harmoniously applied with each other. Squareness is the principle of life, or to be firm on the rules; roundness refers to the wisdom of life or to be flexible on issues. In a word, squareness and roundness is like the universe, heaven and earth or life, containing profound philosophy and mystery. A perfect product can only be created if you understand and know the law of all things.

Gui Jiu Shi Jia Alcoholic Beverage Packaging has been a Iron winner in the Packaging Design award category in the year 2022 organized by the prestigious A' Design Award & Competition.
