Production Technology

Total renovation and alteration took about a year with concreting works. Large format tiles were cut according to sizes to minimised joint lines. Wallpapers and materials were also imported from Japan, Italy and China.

Project Duration

Nothern part of Singapore. Took about a year to construct.

Inspiration

The space was designed to be modern and inviting. Spacious with privacy was the main component in our design to enable owner to host events with privacy and comfort. Combination of various natural materials of stones, steel, aluminium and timber with bold characteristic to define different function of spaces.

Project Overview

Springleaf Residential Space has been a Bronze winner in the Interior Space and Exhibition Design award category in the year 2022 organized by the prestigious A' Design Award & Competition. The Bronze A' Design Award is given to outstanding designs that showcase a high degree of creativity and practicality. It recognizes the dedication and skill of designers who produce work that stands out for its thoughtful development and innovative use of materials and technology. These designs are acknowledged for their professional execution and potential to influence industry standards positively. Winning this award highlights the designer's ability to blend form and function effectively, offering solutions that enhance people's lives and wellbeing.
