Residential Apartment for Dreamer Interior Design
Based on a natural grayscale, the blue representing Cote d'Azur becomes the theme color, adding subtle spatial depth. Linear elements and mirrors extend the open hall, forming a virtual quadrant. Crystal bars create an arc of light, echoing the sea waves. The occupants, a young couple with children, enjoy an interior design evoking the romanticism of Cote d'Azur through color, curves, and full-spectrum lighting, complemented by luxurious crystal fixtures and mirrored ceilings.

Breaking through the general lighting design, in the open living room and dining room, the main lamp is decorated with crystal branches, combined with embedded lighting, and the mirrored ceiling is used to hide traces of lines and lamp holders. Supplemented by screen and display cabinet of the facade line light belt, to achieve a bright and elegant artistic aesthetics, as well as a three-dimensional lighting angle of the full spectrum color effect.
How to perfectly integrate aesthetic details and functions is the problem and challenge to be overcome in this case. The designer uses mirror ceiling to hide the wiring and lamp holder, and then comes the need to solve the problem of insufficient lighting and air conditioning and ventilation. With the help of light sources on facade, and the use of black linear integration of cool air ventilation, switching and other functions, it presents a fresh and clean visual expression that is closer to the natural environment.
The project finished in 2023 in Taiwan.
With the help of full-spectrum light design and color rendering effect, the open home simulates the light and shadow of natural environment, and also uses the mirror ceiling to enlarge actual visual height, giving the most comfortable space experience. Such double moving line design of master bedroom bathroom and island bathroom save the use of space, but also improve the fluency of daily washing and grooming. A corridor area leading to the private zone realizes the companionship and care function of parent-child family.
In addition to the crystal main light design, with screen facade and linear light on the side of display cabinet, the light divergence is more three-dimensional, and the full spectrum of color rendering and aesthetic effects are achieved. In order to make it easier for young parents to take care of their children, the link between the master bedroom and the second bedroom is used to enhance the interaction between parents and children, and a multi-way sliding door design of children's room makes the corridor, study room and bedroom can be independent or open at any time, and responds to the growth and change of children.
Located on high floors, the residence overlooks the city and offers stunning sunset views. For this purpose, the designer takes romantic and beautiful French Cote d 'Azur as the design inspiration, creates an open vision through mirror material, and uses different artistic forms to make the delicate and graceful wavy curves float in home space, and also brings unlimited visual effects in a limited space.
