Design Challenge
The word sapphire comes from the Hebrew word apphir, meaning most beautifu, and the Greek word sappheiros, meaning blue stone. A member of the corundum family, sapphire is the second hardest gemstone after the diamond, along with ruby. The design of this piece of jewelry required not only a mastery of craftsmanship, but also a detailed texture that ensures the color and intense luster of the sapphire.
Project Duration
The project finished in October 2022 in Shanghai, China.

Research
Art deco style jewelry is the most important feature is that the design is more geometric shapes, symmetry, more regular rather than free play, more industrial sense. In the process of design, the design team after research to geometric shape shape presentation, hidden inlay sapphire and diamond collision, combined with symmetry and smooth lines to highlight the simplicity and generosity of the sense of temperament.
