The retail interior design project aims to offer a uniquely private shopping experience in a mall. The design showcases a fusion of elements and natural traditional materials, with a sophisticated monochromatic palette, notably a bespoke ceiling composition, curved displays meticulously crafted to reflect leather tensile characteristics, adaptable shelving units tailored to accommodate varying product displays, and embedded floor barcodes representing the digital era, complemented by mechanical product package transitions, providing a new shopping experience for visitors.

The project revolves around creating a uniquely private shopping experience, contrasting with the artificial ambiance. Its concealed interior offers a glimpse into its specialty, welcoming customers with a distinctive atmosphere. Introducing the shop to a mall setting for the first time, it features a unique ceiling blend, curved displays, adjustable shelves, and embedded floor barcodes symbolizing the digital age, reflecting the brand's craft to the store. These features enhance interactivity to the shop's distinctiveness.

The walls at this shop are meticulously crafted from gypsum board, expertly finished with Tadelakt material, capturing the handcrafted essence. This process imparts a tactile warmth to the space. Specialized production techniques are employed for the custom shelves, ensuring adaptability. Barcodes embedded in the flooring introduce a digital narrative. This design approach creates a touch-friendly and practical space that pays homage to the handmade feel of leather products.
Transitioning retail shop, the project aimed to create an inviting atmosphere, strategically contrasting with the mall's ambiance. Incorporating Neoterrazzo flooring, handcrafted curved walls, and innovative shelving systems, the design blended digital and physical experiences. Overcoming challenges, it prioritized customer engagement, sustainability, and a harmonious shopping journey, to present a good targeted design.
The project started in October 2023 in Beirut and finished in December 2023, at Centro Mall.
The design excels through key elements like handcrafted walls, special-made shelves, and embedded barcodes. These components contribute to a superior outcome by boosting customer engagement and satisfaction. The deliberate integration of accurate lighting ensures customers perceive leather colors authentically, enhancing the overall experience. The design performs by prioritizing these key elements, creating a distinctive and memorable shopping that sets it apart in an exceptional retail experience.
The concept design reflects the identity of the store, and the target market, which comes from the marketing team archive and the store location audience, to be aware of how to reflect and present the product within the needs. Form scale and material selection depends on the variety and size of the products, construction materials on site need to be tested where the main finish is sorted by handcraft, also the floor pouring, all finishes need to be tested to get the high-end look, also the motorized conveyor's specifications concerning the product size and weight.
Every store is Integrated with the products in a harmonious identity, which comes from the brand philosophy, where it presents itself as a handmade craft in Lebanon, bent edges smooth connections natural look materials represent the industry process that creates the lines and forms in the interior space. The brand is from an online store to a physical experience, a path of industry represented by a QR code embedded in the floor, check the path!
